All offers, quotes and agreements from Aanbouw 24/7 are subject to our terms and conditions unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Quotes and agreements

Quotes are without obligation and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An agreement is formed after written confirmation by both parties.

We carry out work according to applicable building regulations and agreed specifications. Changes are made only after written approval.

We provide a 10-year warranty on structural work. Finishing work has a 2-year warranty after handover.

Payment is made in instalments according to the agreed payment schedule. Invoices are due within 14 days.
